SHIPPING POLICY:

When we receive your order, we make every effort to process your credit card and ship within one business day.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class, Priority Mail or First Class International unless otherwise instructed. Please note that USPS does not guarantee delivery dates except for Express Mail. This is especially true over the holidays.

If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Any additional delivery instructions or special requests should be noted in the "comments box" of your order form.

We are happy to ship using any expedited or guaranteed method from USPS, UPS or FedEx. Again, simply write your desired shipping method in the comments section and we will send you a revised order confirmation reflecting the actual cost of shipping.

US, Canada, & Mexico:
We offer a flat $3.50 shipping and handling fee for orders mailed within The United States, its territories, Canada or Mexico. In most cases, USPS quotes a delivery time of 3 - 6 business days for items sent by First Class mail. Note: some orders that exceed weight or size restrictions will be sent via Priority Mail.

USPS Piority Mail:
We also offer Priority Mail service for a flat fee of $5.00. This class of mail is estimated to arrive in
2 - 5 business days. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation are available upon request.

International Orders:
Because international shipping rates vary, we now charge a flat fee of $5.50 for all orders outside North America. Most orders will be sent by First Class International Mail. Transit times vary but most orders will reach their destination in 7 - 12 business days (plus time to clear customs). Delivery Confirmation and Tracking are not available for international orders.
